Committee Meeting

Location: Committee Room

A routine meeting of the Committee, to deal with current issues. These will include planning the Fete, and dealing with the regulations on Data Protection.

Visitors welcome to come along as observers.

Cycle Race

The Scouts will be using the Hall to provide refreshments for a big cycle race: Lots of people coming and going!

Time: 2.00 till about 5.30pm

Plans moving on, and we have the Brass Band, Morris Dancers and Clown booked, We have got enough helpers to run all our main activities, and perhaps some new ones.We are sure to have the Coconut Shy, Bottle and Cakes stalls, and Tombolas, along with Donkeys, Pig Roast and Ice Creams, not forgetting the homemade Chelmarsh Teas in the Hall!.

Silent Auction this year is changing to ‘Golden Squares’. Some valuable prizes to be won for just £1 if you choose the right square! What is your lucky number!

Every Monday 10.00am : Walking to suit all levels of Fitness.

If you know anyone recovering from illness or treatment who would like to walk as part of their recovery programme, please contact Eleanor Haddon 01746 862884 . Ideal for people who have never “walked” before but who would like to take part to improve their health. Even if you do not want to walk you would be welcome to join us for a cup of tea and biscuit when we return to the Hall around 12 noon.
